Regardless of the intensity of the traffic, the signal of the traffic light will be respected with priority over the regulatory priority signs.
In an intersection controlled with light signals in which regulatory priority signs are also installed, the driver of the vehicle is obliged to respect the light signals with priority over the regulatory priority signs.
The meaning of the regulatory priority signs will be respected in the situation in which the traffic lights do not work, or they operate on intermittent yellow colour.
The regulatory priority signs can be installed either on the same support with the electric traffic light, or on a separate support or even on a pole. The way of placement does not change the order in which the traffic lights or the signs are respected. Therefore, regardless of whether the signs are installed or not together with the traffic light on the same support, the signal of the traffic light will be respected with priority over the regulatory priority signs.
The correct answer is: B
The road legislation does not provide anything in this regard.
