Explanation

At the unmanaged intersection of two roads of the same category, such as an intersection of two communal roads or two streets in a city, the right priority rule will apply, thus the vehicle coming from the right side has priority.

We must remember that the right priority rule applies only in unmanaged intersections of roads of the same category. If the unmanaged intersection is of roads of different categories, such as a county road and a communal road, the priority of passage will be given as follows:

  • the driver of the vehicle will give priority of passage at the unmanaged intersection when entering a national road coming from a county, communal or local road;
  • the driver of the vehicle will give priority of passage at the unmanaged intersection when entering a county road coming from a communal or local road;
  • the driver of the vehicle will give priority of passage at the unmanaged intersection when entering a communal road coming from a local road.

The correct answer is: A
