When you are about to be overtaken you have the obligation to not increase the travelling speed and to drive as close as possible to the right edge of the carriageway or of the lane on which you are travelling.
The equipment for detecting radar systems is that device (radar detector) used by the drivers of motor vehicles to inform them whether a radar device is nearby. Attention, between the radar detector and anti-radar there is a big difference. The radar detector is allowed by the law and only warns you about the presence of radar devices. The anti-radar is NOT allowed by the law, it is that device which jams the signal emitted by the police radar device so that they cannot intercept the speed with which you are travelling.
Therefore, you use the equipment for detecting radar systems yourself and it is illogical to be prohibited from increasing the travelling speed at the detection by this equipment.
At night time, You are not prohibited from increasing the travelling speed, as long as you do not exceed the maximum speed allowed on that road section for the category to which the driven motor vehicle belongs.
But it must be remembered that at night time, when you meet another vehicle which is travelling from the opposite direction, you must use the dipped-beam headlights from a distance of at least 200 meters and reduce the travelling speed.
