Explanation

For answer  A

Waiting is not prohibited in the action area of the sign "Traffic in both directions". This sign has the role of warning the driver that on the next road section traffic will be in both directions.

For answer  B

Is prohibited the voluntary waiting of vehicles in all places and situations where overtaking vehicles is prohibited. For example when encountering the sign "Overtaking motor vehicles, except motorcycles without sidecar, prohibited" waiting is prohibited because it forces the other road users to perform the overtaking maneuver, a maneuver which is prohibited on that road section.

For answer  C

Waiting is also not prohibited on the carriageway of national roads. Voluntary waiting of vehicles is prohibited on the carriageway of European national roads (E). National Roads are different from European National Roads (E).

The correct answer is: B

The places where overtaking is prohibited - Audio-Video Lesson --> Road Traffic Code - Overtaking
