For answer A:
Art. 135. – The driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority also in the following situations:
a) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a national road coming from a county, communal or local road;
b) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a county road coming from a communal or local road;
c) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a communal road coming from a local road;
d) when about to enter an intersection with traffic in a roundabout compared to the one that moves inside it;
e) when moving downhill compared to the one moving uphill, if on the lane of the one moving uphill there is a fixed obstacle. In this situation the maneuver is not considered overtaking within the meaning of the provisions of art. 120 letter j);
f) when setting in motion or when entering the public road coming from a property adjacent to it compared to the vehicle that moves on the public road, regardless of the direction of travel;
g) when performing a left or right turn and intersecting with a cyclist who moves on a bicycle track, signalled as such;
h) the pedestrian who crosses the public road, through a specially designated place, marked and signalled accordingly or at the green colour of the traffic light intended for him, when he is on the direction of travel of the vehicle.
For answer B:
Art. 131.
(1) When approaching a station for public transport means of persons provided with a bay, from which the driver of such a vehicle signals the intention to exit, the driver of the vehicle that moves on the lane next to the shoulder or curb is obliged to reduce speed and, if needed, to stop in order to allow him to re-enter traffic.
(2) The drivers of vehicles are obliged to give priority to pedestrians who are on the carriageway in order to get on the tram or after they have gotten off it, if the tram is stopped in a station without a refuge.
For answer C:
Art. 37.
(1) The drivers of vehicles are obliged to stop immediately, on the shoulder or, in its absence, as close as possible to the edge of the road or the curb of the sidewalk, in the direction of travel, when approaching and at the passing of the motor vehicles with priority traffic regime that have in operation the special warning means of red colour and sound.
(2) The drivers of vehicles are obliged to reduce speed, to move as close as possible to the edge of the road in the direction of travel and to give priority at the passing of the motor vehicles with priority traffic regime that have in operation the special warning means of blue colour and sound.
(3) In the situations provided in paragraph (1) and (2), it is prohibited for pedestrians to cross and move on the carriageway until the passing of the respective vehicles.
Art. 130. – The driver of the vehicle who approaches the entry into an intersection, simultaneously with a motor vehicle with priority traffic regime that has in operation the light and sound signals, has the obligation to give it priority.
