For answer A:
Art. 127.

a) when encountering a combination of vehicles with a vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
b) when encountering a heavy vehicle with a light vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
c) when encountering a vehicle transporting passengers with a vehicle transporting goods, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse.
(2) In the case of vehicles of the same category, the obligation to perform the maneuver of moving in reverse belongs to the driver who is ascending, except when it is easier and there are conditions for the driver who is descending to execute this maneuver, especially when they are near a refuge.
For answer B:
Art. 135. The driver of a vehicle is obliged to give priority also in the following situations:
a) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a national road coming from a county, communal or local road;
b) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a county road coming from a communal or local road;
c) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a communal road coming from a local road;
d) when about to enter an intersection with traffic in a roundabout compared to the one that moves inside it;

h) to the pedestrian who crosses the public road, through a specially designated place, marked and signalled accordingly or at the green light of the traffic light intended for him, when he is on the lane of the vehicle.
For answer C:
Art. 59.
(1) In intersections with uncontrolled traffic, the driver of a vehicle is obliged to give priority to the vehicles that move on rails. These lose priority when executing the left turn or when the road signalling in that area establishes another traffic rule.
(2) In intersections, the drivers of vehicles that turn left are obliged to give priority to the vehicles with which they intersect and that move from the right side.
(3) In intersections with traffic controlled by regulatory priority signs, the right-of-way rule is respected only when two vehicles are to meet, each entering the intersection from a road signalled with a sign having the same meaning of priority or loss of priority.
(4) When a traffic light with three colours has an additional intermittent green light, mounted at the same level as the normal green light of the traffic light, in the form of a green arrow on a black background, with the tip to the right, its lighting signifies permission for the vehicles to continue their movement in the direction indicated by the arrow, regardless of the colour of the electric traffic light, provided that priority is given to the vehicles and pedestrians that have the right of movement.
