By aggressive behaviour of the car driver on public roads is understood performing one of the following maneuvers:

Driving a vehicle at a speed which is lower than the maximum permitted speed limit is allowed and is not considered to be aggressive behaviour.


For answers  B  and  C 

Is prohibited the adoption of aggressive behaviour in driving them on public roads. The repeated use of sound and/or light signals of a nature to oblige unjustifiably the driver of the vehicle who moves in front of him to clear the traffic lane, as well as the driving of the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels are considered to be aggressive behaviour, being prohibited the performing of these maneuvers on public roads.

The adoption of aggressive behaviour in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned contraventionally, as follows:

  • if by adopting aggressive behaviour a traffic accident has occurred resulting in the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), the fine provided in penalty class III and the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 60 days is applied;
  • if by adopting aggressive behaviour NO traffic accident has occurred, the fine provided in penalty class II and the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 30 days is applied.
