OUG* - Article 54^1

(1) Is prohibited the drivers of vehicles to adopt an aggressive behaviour in driving them on public roads.
(2) Aggressive behaviour means the performance, on the public road, by the vehicle driver, of one of the following maneuvers:
a) successive movement from one traffic lane to another or from one row to another, alternating from left to right, for the purpose of overtaking a line of vehicles moving in the same direction;
b) turning the vehicle using the parking brake;
c) starting the vehicle from standstill by excessive spinning, in empty, of the driving wheels;
d) driving the vehicle at a very short distance from another vehicle, in front of or behind it, as well as laterally, or suddenly reducing the speed of movement without justified reason, likely to intimidate its driver;
e) repeated use of sound and/or light signals likely to unjustifiably oblige the vehicle driver travelling in front of him to free the traffic lane;
f) driving the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels;
g) moving backwards with the vehicle for the purpose of intimidating the other traffic participants travelling behind it;
h) intentional performance of a controlled skid of the vehicle in order to turn or rotate it;
i) intentional driving of a vehicle by repeatedly accelerating the engine, likely to disturb the persons located in the area of the public road.
