Art. 142. – Is prohibited the voluntary stopping of the vehicles:
a) in the action area of the sign “No stopping”;
b) on the level crossings with the current railway and at a distance less than 50 m before and after them;

o) on the lanes for bicycles;
p) in the places where overtaking is prohibited.
 
Art. 120. 
(1) Is prohibited the overtaking of the vehicles:
     a) in intersections with undirected traffic;
     b) near the hilltops, when the visibility is reduced under 50 m;
     c) in curves and in any other places where the visibility is reduced under 50 m;
     d) on uneven passages, on bridges, under bridges and in tunnels. By exception, may be overtaken in these places the animal-drawn vehicles, the motorcycles without sidecar, the mopeds and the bicycles, if the visibility on the road is ensured on a distance greater than 20 m, and the width of the road is at least 7 m;
     e) on the pedestrian crossings signalled through signs and markings;
     f) on the level crossings with the current railway and at less than 50 m before them;
     g) at the tram stop, when it is stopped, and the stop is not provided with a refuge for pedestrians;
     h) in the action area of the sign “No overtaking”;
     i) when for performing the maneuver the continuous marking, simple or double, which separates the directions of travel is violated, and the motor vehicle moves, even partially, on the opposite direction, or the marking which delimits the prohibited area is violated;
     j) when from the opposite direction another vehicle approaches, and its driver is obliged to perform maneuvers of avoiding the collision;
     k) on the road sector where a column of vehicles in waiting has formed, if through this the opposite direction of travel is entered.
(2) Is prohibited the overtaking of the official column.
 
Art. 156. 
(1) If a motor vehicle or a trailer has remained broken down on the carriageway of the road and cannot be moved outside it, the driver of the motor vehicle is obliged to activate the hazard warning lights and to install the reflective triangles.
(2) The reflective triangles are installed in front and in the back of the vehicle, on the same traffic lane, at a distance of at least 30 m from it, so that they can be observed in time by the traffic participants who approach. In the urban area, when the traffic is heavy, the reflective triangles may be placed at a shorter distance or even on the vehicle, so that they can be observed in time by the other drivers of vehicles.
(3) If the vehicle is not equipped with hazard warning lights or these are defective, the driver may use, during the night or in reduced visibility conditions, a portable lamp with intermittent yellow light, which is installed at the back part of the vehicle.        
(4) Is prohibited the use of the reflective triangles or of the hazard warning lights unjustifiably or to simulate a breakdown in the places where stopping or waiting are prohibited.
(5) If, from the vehicles, on the carriageway, the load or a part of it has fallen, which constitutes an obstacle that cannot be removed immediately, the driver is obliged to signal it with one of the means provided in paragraph (1) – (3).
