The driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority to the pedestrian who crosses the public road through a specially designated place, properly marked and signalled, or at the green colour of the traffic light intended for him when he is on the direction of travel of the vehicle.
Therefore in the given situation, the pedestrians being in crossing on the direction of travel of the motorcycle, it must stop and give them priority, the car does not have this obligation because the pedestrians are not on its direction of travel.
Therefore the correct answer is: B

Art. 135. – The driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority also in the following situations:
a) at the uncontrolled intersection when he enters a national road coming from a county, communal or local road;
b) at the uncontrolled intersection when he enters a county road coming from a communal or local road;
c) at the uncontrolled intersection when he enters a communal road coming from a local road;
d) when he is about to enter a roundabout intersection in relation to the one circulating inside it;
e) when travelling downhill in relation to the one travelling uphill, if on the direction of travel of the one travelling uphill there is a stationary obstacle. In this situation the maneuver is not considered overtaking within the meaning of the provisions of art. 120 letter j);
f) when he sets in motion or when entering the public road coming from a property adjacent to it in relation to the vehicle travelling on the public road, regardless of the direction of travel;
g) when performing a turn to the left or to the right and intersects with a cyclist who travels on a bicycle lane, signalled as such;
h) to the pedestrian who crosses the public road through a specially designated place, properly marked and signalled, or at the green colour of the traffic light intended for him, when he is on the direction of travel of the vehicle.
