Art. 135. – The driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority also in the following situations:
a) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a national road coming from a county, communal or local road;
b) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a county road coming from a communal or local road;
c) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a communal road coming from a local road;
d) when about to enter an intersection with a roundabout relative to the one who circulates inside it;
e) when circulating on a slope relative to the one who goes uphill, if on the direction of travel of the one who goes uphill there is an immobile obstacle. In this situation the maneuver is not considered overtaking within the meaning of the provisions of art. 120 letter j);
 
Art. 127.
(1) On narrow public roads and/or with declivity, where the passing of vehicles that circulate from opposite directions, side by side, is impossible or dangerous, proceed as follows:
     a) when encountering a combination of vehicles with a vehicle the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
     b) when encountering a heavy vehicle with a light vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
     c) when encountering a vehicle that performs public transport of persons with a goods transport vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse.
(2) In the case of vehicles of the same category, the obligation to perform a maneuver of moving in reverse falls to the driver who goes uphill, except when it is easier and there are conditions for the driver who descends to perform this maneuver, especially when he is close to a refuge.
