To the drivers of motor vehicles (including motorcycles) is prohibited the use of mobile phones, when they are during movement, exception from this prohibition are the situations in which the mobile phones are equipped with “hands-free” devices.

Engaging in discussions with other traffic participants is not prohibited, instead, it is prohibited during movement to have concerns likely to dangerously distract his attention or to use sound systems at a noise level that would affect the safe movement of him and of the other traffic participants.
