Art. 100. 
(1) On motorways is prohibited the circulation of pedestrians, of motor vehicles with exceeded dimensions or masses, without special transport authorization issued by the administrator of the public road, according to the regulations in force, of vehicles with animal traction, of animals, of vehicles pulled or pushed by hand, of bicycles and mopeds, of tractors and self-propelled machines for agricultural works, as well as of vehicles which, by construction or from other causes, cannot exceed the speed of 50 km/h.
(2) Also, on motorways are prohibited learning the driving of a vehicle, trials of prototypes of chassis and of motor vehicles, events, parades, advertising caravans, trainings and sporting competitions of any kind, as well as processions.
(3) Is prohibited the circulation, stopping or waiting of motor vehicles on the emergency lane, with the exception of justified cases, as well as of motor vehicles with priority traffic regime.
(4) The circulation of motor vehicles intended for public transport of persons or goods is carried out, as a rule, only on the marginal lane on the right side of the motorway, in the direction of travel.
