Explanation

Explanation text category A / driving tests drpciv:
In the situation in which the green signal changes to the yellow one, this signal announces the appearance of the red coloured signal and obliges the drivers of vehicles to stop, and if the vehicle is too close to the intersection at the appearance of the yellow signal and cannot stop in safe conditions, it does not have the obligation to stop.
The motorcyclist who enters an intersection at the moment the green signal changes and the yellow one appears must continue his movement because he can no longer stop in safe conditions.
Therefore the correct answer is: C

Reference article from the road legislation in force: OUG or Regulation
Art. 53.
(1) When the yellow coloured signal appears after the green coloured signal, the driver of the vehicle who approaches the intersection must not pass the places provided in art. 52 paragraph (2), except for the situation in which, at the appearance of the signal, he is so close to those places that he could no longer stop the vehicle in safe conditions.
(2) The intermittent yellow coloured signal allows the passing, the driver of the vehicle being obliged to move with reduced speed, to respect the meaning of the road signalling and of the traffic rules applicable in that place.
