Explanation

On the European national roads (E) within built-up area, as on all categories of roads within built-up area, the maximum speed limit at which you are allowed to drive a motor vehicle belonging to category A is 50 km/h. However, the road administrator may establish, with the approval of the traffic police, for the motor vehicles from categories A and B, also speed limits greater than 50 km/h, but not more than 80 km/h. If on a road sector or on an entire route that crosses an urban area a maximum speed limit greater than the standard one of 50 km/h is established, you will be informed regarding this change through road signs or through other means of signalling.

The correct answer is: C
