The content of the examination file

The examination file must contain the following documents:

1) standard application (from the counters of the community public services for driving licence regime and vehicle registration);

2) schooling form – valid for one year from the date of completing the courses - issued by the driving school within which he completed the theoretical and practical training courses, in which the medical approval is recorded;

3) consent declaration regarding the issuance of the criminal record, according to Annex 2^1 of MAI Order 268/2010 (download here);

4) proof of payment of the value of the driving licence - 89 lei (for payment methods consult the taxes and fees section).

Nota bene

The candidate declared FAILED in the theoretical test may appear for registration for taking a new test after a period of at least 15 days but not later than 1 year from the completion of the driving school courses, at the registration counter, with the identity document and the examination file.

The candidate declared PASSED in the theoretical test and FAILED in the practical test may be scheduled for taking a new test after a period of at least 15 days but not later than 1 year from the completion of the driving school courses, with the presentation of the examination file and the proof attesting the completion of at least 6 additional hours of practical training in an authorized driving school.
